Delivery fees vary depending on the type of products ordered and the delivery address.
For large tile orders, arrangement of forklifts is required.
Products are delivered to the customer’s provided address and will be unloaded in front of the building chosen by the customer. The company is not responsible for carrying the products inside the building.
Delivery outside Riyadh may take longer than expected in rare cases, such as stock unavailability or transferring stock to the requested location outside Riyadh.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Within Riyadh: 3–5 business days.
Outside Riyadh (depending on product availability): 5–10 business days.
Outside Riyadh (if items are not available): 12–15 business days.
Outside Riyadh during peak seasons or campaigns: Up to 15 business days.
Public holidays and official national holidays are not included in the delivery times.
